CHS Participated in EK’s Entrepreneur Delegation Visit to Brussels

CHS Group took part in the EK Entrepreneur Delegation’s visit to Brussels on 13–14 October 2025. The trip offered valuable insight into EU decision-making and an opportunity to discuss key business topics such as SME policy, regulation, trade relations, and competitiveness in Europe.

The Entrepreneur Delegation of the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK) visited Brussels on 13–14 October 2025, gaining valuable insight into how the EU’s decision-making process operates in practice. During the visit, the delegation met with representatives from the European Commission, the European Parliament, BusinessEurope, and Finland’s Permanent Representation to the EU, as well as several key policymakers.

Discussions focused on SME policy, regulatory simplification, the removal of barriers within the single market, access to financing, and EU trade relations with the United States and Canada. Other important themes included transport connectivity, the impact of climate and emissions policies on businesses, and the reconstruction of Ukraine.

CHS Group was represented by CEO and entrepreneur Juha Harjulawho is also a member of EK’s Entrepreneur Delegation.
