The result of the customer satisfaction survey is 9.2
In the most recent customer satisfaction survey conducted by Funnel Oy, CHS's average is an excellent 9.2 on a scale of 0-10! CHS's NPS in the new survey was 79. (For comparison, the average logistics industry average is 38, source: Customer Gauge).

Recognition for environmentally friendly transport for CHS
Speed Oy has granted CHS Air & Sea Oy an emission saving certificate for a significant environmental achievement. The certificate is a concrete proof that by using Speed-Ecotruck transports, CHS has reduced road traffic carbon dioxide emissions by 75 tons during 2022.

We invited our customer Valmet to visit and spend the day with us. During the day, we introduced our guests to the terminal functions of Finnair and Nurminen, as well as the facilities and staff of our own CHS Group headquarters.

Case Pintos: 3PL logistics services develop through cooperation
CHS Solutions Oy's Espoo logistics center is the main warehouse for Pintos' concrete casting supplies. In addition, Pintos steel products and fastening accessories are also stored in Espoo. The cooperation started in 2019 and has grown and diversified rapidly.

Scouts' containers on their way to South Korea
CHS is pleased to be involved in organizing the supply containers for the Finnish Scouts for the South Korean World Jamboree event in cooperation with Nurminen Logistics Oy. On a sunny Tuesday, May 16, the forklifts moved briskly at the Nurminen terminal in Vuosaari, when the scouts' belongings were loaded into two containers and sent on their way.
